I am an avid tea drinker. Sure, many teas have been shown to melt off fat, boost the metabolism and help to lose water retention, but I’ve been drinking tea long before any of this was even an issue for me. But since I started writing about fitness and clean eating, I’ve come across the benefits of tea to lose weight, so why not share them with you!?
